In this experiential workshop led by psychotherapist and yoga facilitator Benny Mok @bennymok.therapist, we’ll create a space to communicate authentically with others, and with yourself. Through mindfulness practice, creative art-making, and gentle movement, you’ll be invited to rediscover a sense of safety, trust, and genuine connection.
